Based on everyone being adept at using this site, I assume the need for a down and dirty Xcel spreadsheet is not need by all, but I put one together to help me see a businees plan and determine necessary rates for work.

It starts out with startup costs, assumes number of hours to complete jobs and so forth.
The formulas are in the cells so that as you put in work it calculates maintenance costs (based on dusty conditions for skid steers), fuel costs, not taxes, # of hours billed/worked monthly and a cumulative cashflow as the months pass.
If anyone wnats it I will e-mail it to them and if they need help changing formulas for cells, I can do that as well.
