I live off of 2 stroke gas and fresh cut oak.
will measuring ring end gap give a good indication of how much life is left in a otherwise good looking cylinder? (example) if I use a new set of rings in an old cylinder will the ring gap indicate how worn the cylinder is? Im looking for a way to decide on when its time ( along with using a compression gauge) to re-cylinder a saw. Thanks Lee
