Are you referring to the paper gasket behind the crank bearing? There is no standard oil seal on these, inexplicably. Some cases used a fitted bronze bushing as a seal. Anyway, the gasket is part # 55048-a.
A red colour sort of fiber fits on the end of the crank.first bearing than this fiber seal fits gainst the bearing the crank fits in crankcase where the bronze bearing or seal or what ever it is.i was thinking of bringing it to a machinest to see if its possible to machine it to see if i could get a seal fit the outside of the crankcase. Machine the crankcase si a seal would fit the clutch side.leon figured it cost alot of money.maby a hit and miss if id get something to fit.
