I don't agree with his bearing install method and the crank fits too loose in the bearings. Other that, nice project.

I can't figure how it ran with the piston backwards....I've found they run really strong with straight gas....one minute....

Didn’t remove both sides of the seals on the bearings the crank seals get no two stroke oil from the case.

• main bearings not properly opened up (outer left on)
• inner race of the bearings beat to hell during install
• piston in backwards (you would think that the arrow would be an indicator that maybe he should search youtube to see why it's there in the 1st place )
• no oil inside cylinder or on piston during install
• straight gas

Never beat the inner race of a ball bearing. Get a socket big enough to fit the outer race.
