I have this $40 Northern tool grinder and really likes the way it works, but motor got hot every time and finally burned up. So i adapted a japan made sewing machine motor in place of the chinese version, still have to order a new cogged pulley to fit the bigger shaft and maybe a longer belt. You don't have to clamp the chain every time, just tighten the slide so it slides easy but hold the chain, you pull the chain left past the stop with left hand, pull back tight with right hand, push up to tilt motor. Got a new $99 grinder but like the way this works better.
