Stihl comes at 0° tilt and Carlton etc have 10° from the factory. Stihl recommends 0° for their RSC. ....

You are of course right, and Oregon also recommends a 10% tilt. After a lot of "testing", I believe the ideal angle is somewhere inbetween on chisel chain (regardless of brand) - but it doesn't matter much anyway.
