solid ot replacable nose??

i've been using a replaceable nose bar on my 670 super for about 10 years now and the tip apears to be brand new. i have to replace the bar on my 026
and all my dealer has is a rolomatic e solid. will this last as long as the replaceable?

I assume you mean it just doesn't have a replaceable tip.

No, the laminated bar wouldn't last as long as the solid ES (replaceable tip), but unless you do a lot of cutting, you may not notice the difference.

Rolomatic e bars are not called solid nose they are called sprocket nose.

The solid nose bar would be a Duromatic i think
