Just going through some of the logs ive had sitting waiting for me to mill. This is some 3 year old sassafras. It was going to become a mushroom but its to nice not to mill.
Sassafras makes some pretty wood. I have a Dulcimer that was made from
Sass. Has the softest sweetest sound you ever heard. Unfortunately I can't play it, Joe.
First cut today... wood looks great...
