Seemingly the other 2 were not returned as yet, and I am the only one that closed the loop on one of the three original VHS tapes.

just wondering if anyone around the midwest had one of the movies. details on the exchange thanks you all. never seen it, heard it was good. can't find it around here anywhere thanks
I rented it at one of the locale rental shops but they weny out of business. ill let you know if i find a copy though .

Glad that you have another one tracked down. I found one through the interlibrary loan after I sent the one copy out. I needed to watch it another time. They are out there if you do a little digging. I think mine came from another state but I'm not sure.

movie pinch

local super market was getting rid of all the vhs tapes. i was the first to grab it off the salel rack:greenchainsaw: i know i am snake in the grass:)

I saw the movie back in the 70's, when I was a budding arborist, and had only done a tiny bit of logging. And i just read the book last year. Check again at the movie rental places, but look for it entitled, "Never Give An Inch".

The most touching scene is when Paul Nerwman unsuccessfully attempts to free his brother who was trapped under a log that he'd been cutting while it was in the river. Had to watch his bro drown.

!

You mean this scene

I dont know why it disturbs me so much, I guess it cuts a little close to the bone when you can see yourself in a simular situation. Great scene.

There is a torrent available

I found this movie here (free) You will need a torrent program and a program to view .rar files. it works at the best price ;)

An excellent movie and I think it had better logging action than the axemen
series.
