Stihl 015 Carb

Does anyone have the initial carb settings for a stihl 015? It was passed down to me and it runs for about a minute then quits and will not refire until left set for 5min. I just put a carb kit and fuel filter in it and tried putting the H/L screws back to where they were and now it won't fire at all. HELP!!

Loosen the fuel cap and see if it will run. I have one the cap doesn't vent and acts the same way.
