I have been working on a stihl 025 chainsaw. I have rebuilt the carburetor, Cleaned and blown it out with canned air. I replaced the the impulse line after it failed to start and run. I swapped fuel filters with no change. The saw runs great except it won't idle. I can make it idle by turning the low speed needle all the way in. The LA screw has no noticable effect and will not make it idle right. I tried a carburetor off of an ms210 and it ran fine. The carburetor on the 025 is a Walbro wt-215. compression seems alright. It ran perfectly normal with the ms210 carb installed. The saw idled fine and everything. With the stock walbro carb installed the saw will not idle but runs great at other throttle positions with screws set at factory settings. Any ideas guys please?
