Washington State Mar 11, 2015 #22 I use the 192 rear handle a lot but only with an 8" dime tip or the .043 gauge chain. It just doesn't have enough power for me to carve hardwoods otherwise. Never tried the 170. Cannot imagine giving up either of my ms-200 saws.
