Well you know I do rent the place so maybe that is the problem with his search. I am of the opinion that payment produces product. Does it really matter if the buyer has less than the sellers optimal ideal situation. I can see your point but would it not have been prudent for the seller to make the inquiry himself, rather than ghost an honest man over his predisposed notion of impropriety? Just trying to repair my favorite saw here...
