hello again

basically ms362c starts up and idles very well, give it WOT for a few seconds and then the saw starts stalling/dying then it picks up power again, and so on.

whats been done to it:
brand new from STIHL fuel filter, wire harness, solenoid

replaced or cleaned parts:
air filter cleaned and tried to run without it
switched ignition coils

if anyone knows why this is happening, would be much appreciated to know!

Switched coils with what exactly OEM same part number or what, new used?
Clean the carb carefully with spray, not high pressure air.

switched coil from another 362c, same exact part number, carb was cleaned
Did you inspect the metering diaphragm, it should not be stiff. Don't blow high pressure air into the carb. Also try swapping the flywheel. As far as the Vac and pressure test goes as mentioned already if you can do that it would eliminate a lot and narrow down the possible problems. Also check the fuel line and see if it is real soft possibly collapsing under load and check the tank breather by opening the fuel cap when the issue arises. Good luck, we are waiting to hear how it goes.

figured out that the chainsaw only runs how it should on a full to the brim tank of gas, as soon as it gets to half way empty or close to that, saw stalls on WOT or doesnt even start at all

seems like a fuel hose problem?
