Stihl TS400 Performance/Tuning

Hi, Im Tom.
I am taking part in the Silverline Power Tool Drag Racing. I am using a Mini Moto/Pocket Bike frame and putting an engine from a Stihl TS400.
Is there anything i can doo to squeeze more power out of these engines such as
Exhaust, Airfilter, Carb?
Should i post this in the chainsaws forum aswell to see if i can get help there or should i get all the help i need here?

The TS 400 has a limited coil, it will only rev to a certain speed and then cut the spark out. They don't rev anything like a chainsaw does.
Should be enough for your needs though.

Is there a way to remove the rev limiter?

No. it is the way the coil is made.

Not that I am aware of.
