Oh boy the back is hurting already I just bought a Stihl TS700 off of Ebay , I have been wanting another chop saw for years since my cousin took the one I had . I hope I dont get burned I think it may be my biggest EBay purchase . I wonder if a chopsaw will cut tires off of wheels I shall see .

Can't you just burn the tires off the wheels?

the 700 is a biggie. My TS 400 is all I need. 14" abrasives and carbides.

I have cut 100's of tires off rims.

First make sure air is out, dont ask me how I know :dizzy:

cut down through bead and wheel till bead is severed. Flip tire and repeat.

Strong guy uses hands and tears off old tire. girly men use bars and remove tire.

done a lot of big truck tires same way. 10.00-20's

I have a TS-510 looks just like that. Made in West Germany, no flippy caps, no 4 way switch, just 35lbs of dead weight. The weight and gyroscopic action of the blades make it a real monster to run for any length of time. Will cut just about anything but tires??? Man that must literally stink to high heaven!
