Want to Buy Strunk 3-19 recoil

Hello guys,
I'm looking for a Strunk recoil starter or to be more specific the pull side engage dog?
Not sure what it's called, it looks like a gang mill or a crown. It looks as though the part didn't engage fully(dirty) and just wore itself down.
I'm going to take it apart again so I can post a picture of the part.
The saw has a ton of compression and has spark w/ the original sparkplug.
The saw appears to have a Tecumseh ah47 engine so it's a 77cc saw.

UPDATE:
I'm going to try to add a few washers under the flywheel nut to bring it farther out.
Going to use a triangle file to cleanup the teeth on pull side too.[emoji1696]

Do you have any information on the Tillotson MD carbs adjustment?
