Swisher customer service

I have a swisher splitter and bent the wedge. The wedge assembly also pops off the beam on tought splits.. this is a real safety issue.
I contacted swisher and recieved the run around with no customer service whatsoever. I like my splitter, but after having to fix it myself and redesign the way the wedge assembly attatches to the beam. I will not purchase another swisher product.

No offense intended but Orshlen and TSC are not good dealers in most areas. Yes Orschlen is fanily owned but they are not a good servicing dealer. They are just a lower volume box store that has bought out other family owned farm stores, As for TSC they are a large chain. I do not think there will be any arguement on that. I am not nocking the Swisher line just pointing out issues.
