Hi, I am new to these forums (at least, as an active member), having glanced at the threads on here relating to Japanese saws in the main. In the UK there is less interest in modifying / tuning Jap saws and I'd like to ask a little advice. I am quite keen on the Tanaka ECV series and have 5 total 3801 / 4501 / 5601 saws and have noted that muffler mods are popular in terms of freeing up bhp. I'd like to start with my 4501 but one thing that is lacking is any actual pictures that I can find that show the best options as far as enlarging existing holes or making new ones. Can anyone help or advise please, if this is effective I will probably do all the saws. Regards from England, Phil H
