Too general of an ask. There are many thousands of tech bulletins from the 1970's to present day. I have seen a document that listed service bulletins from 1968 to 2014. But just the title of each bulletin. Probably over 3 thousand bulletins. Not aware of anyone that has them all.

I agree, I was honestly expecting a "good luck." I ended up finding some failure analysis specifically for Stihl. How about service bulletins on happy homeowner stuff MS290s 291s MS 271's ms180s, The ones that I get a lot of, and a lot of failed ones, and really looking for something on bearings
