The birds had a great day

Have some oak that I cut and quartered from April to June. Just getting around to splitting all of it and all of the bark is falling off of it. Every time I'd walk up to the house to take a break, the birds would come swooping in for the white grubs in the bark. They definetly got their fill today ( so did I). Sorry no pics
