Here's some pics of the french ppk80 two men saw. It was built for the french army (7th engineeering corps )and never got used....
Its appearance is very simular to the Stihl KS43. PPK was forced to built these saws during WWII, as the Stihl KS43 was the official army saw.
She's brand new and came with the original box ; the famous coffin. My wife immediately saw a savings opportunity for when my time eventually comes....:hmm3grin2orange::hmm3grin2orange:
Unfortunately, the saw came without a chain, so I'll have to find one in the future.
The saw is still uncleaned, so she's covered in a lot of dust.
