This guy took 10 minutes to rig his strap he had 3 feet of drop to the block and 4-5 feet of drop in his rope with a single slip knot, groundie has rope just around the back of a porta wrap. The climber told the groundie give it a pull ????? I have never seen a piece pulled off using the lowering line running thru the porta wrap, then he says oh Ill just push it off. Jerked the groundie out of his hard hat and nearly off his feet you can hear the log slam the ground and the climber says, wait for it there it is perfect just perfect. A neck doughnut for the groundies whiplash and everybody's happy. I realize everybody has to start some where but these guys did not understand what they were doing and that is how people get hurt bad. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=aF8FWUK5BcQ
