Tooth set-up on small grinder?

Hey guys, I just bought a small Rayco Mini-Work Force with a 20hp Kohler engine. I've seen these with all different types of tooth configurations, all straight, only lefts and rights, every other one was straight....etc. Does anyone have a small machine like this? How are you setting teeth? I'm using the 1/2" carbide tipped teeth that were on it when new. Any suggestions? Does anyone have the tooth setting tool that Rayco sells? Is it useful? I have just been measuring to make sure all the teeth are the same distance from the wheel. Seems to be working well so far. Thanks!

I have a similar machine with Rayco teeth.I have 8 teeth configured in pairs 2 straight then 2x left & right .I use the gauge which shows a 3mm hight difference between the straight and curved teeth.
