two 262 Mahle jug, do not know if I have to work a little more with them

I working to go through a batch 262 that I bought a while ago.
I sanded them with sandpaper, both had been through a scoring.

Here I need your guys opinion.
Are these good enough? Need more sanding? Acid? Or, perhaps they just are wreck?

I never really had hope for those two, if those two can be used, I think I will be a lucky man

Hard to tell, but if there's aluminum there, it needs to go. Acid would tell you if it foamed up. And.then go back to sanding or more acid

Be careful with acid. If its transfer keep sanding it. If its scored threw the coating and you use acid you will reck it even worse. Sand alittle more and see if its getting smaller or larger.

I ruined a nice Mahle jug one time with acid... It was foaming so I kept on going. After the fizz cleared...... There was definitely no more transfer.

I give them a bit more sanding, and post new pictures this evening.
I've sanded the 95 jug a bit today, and more of the scoring are gone
