unknown seal

I came across these 2 seals in a sealed baggie in my seal box. the printed label on the baggie has faded over time but I can "maybe" make out "20010 212". at one time i wrote the seal dimensions on the label. they are: outer - 1.094", inner - 0.518", width - 0.24".
i have googled the 20010 212 number but not any real help. does anyone know what this seal fits?

No idea. That's what I came up with via a search. It looked like a Shindaiwa # so that's where I searched. No idea what it goes to as you are missing the last 2 numbers. The last 5 numbers correspond to a particular tool or group that use the same part.
You only have 3
