UT number for Homelite C5?

Anyone have a clue? I've looked all over two of these things, and all I can find is a serial number.

Didn't have UT numbers, just the serial numbers... I don't know the exact year they started using UT numbers, but other than the C72, I don't believe any of the C-Series saws were around for them...

Trying to find 3/8 sprockets. Everyone I've contacted has referred me to one particular outfit, but they won't talk to me without a UT number. Only one I can find is a Total, but my local saw guy says "run, don't walk" from those.

I think I saw a 3/8 sprocket/hub on ebay yesterday for the C-Series saws. Don't know who made it though...

Sent an email about it, as the box in the pictures is a rim but item on the table is a spur sprocket. Box is stamped "Herr".
