vermeer 186 or sc 252

So I'm looking at 2 different stump grinder
186 3000$
unknown hours, 29 hp vangaurd engine, with yellow jacket teeth

SC 252 6000$
700 hours, 2003, comes with a trailor, 2 394xp chainsaws, has auto sweep and vermeer teeth

From what I gather the sc is a slow machine compared to other grinders but would be a lot less labor intensive to use than the 186, and the 186 is top heavy.
I don't do a ton of stumps but can't decide what grinder. I could deffantly use the 394 saws to and that Would save me 1200 dollars from buying a new 395xp

This should be in the equipment forum but--
Your right about the 186, it is top heavy and labor intensive. It came with a 18hp Briggs, I would guess the 29hp will make it even more tippy.
I ran one for years and really liked the control you have getting to and at the stump. It will wear you out though.
The 252 looks like the better deal. That's a good price even without the saws, with them its a great deal.
