Thats cool but I don't think this really needs anything, my main thing was seeing if I could get a P/C for Les's DB with the 47 engine on it.

I dont know about Mark or anybody else but i am in need of the air filter for my ah-47 so i can try it in wood without sucking sawdust in ! :(
but that saw looks to good to part out..
 
I just don't know and I wondered the same thing. I would think the end of the crank maybe different going from a direct drive saw to a gear drive maybe??

Thanks Cliff, I figured something would throw a monkey wrench in it but didn't expect that LOL

Now that you mention it I can see from the way the recoil on the gear drive saw pulls that you are right. Never noticed that before.
