Last summer over 3000 feet of gas line was put in a right-of-way across my property. A sawyer said not quite enough timber for him to be interested. Should I consider hiring a portable mill to come in? There is plenty for this type of mill to cut. Mostly cherry, white oak, red oak, hemlock, red maple, dark birch.

One of the contractors working for Pipline, I dont think they were forestry or timber oriented, just clearing oriented.
