This 72" bar is a bit too much for my 076 Super. My 084 handle it just fine.

I can put this 5 footer with 1/2" chain on my Homelite 1130G ..
I have a 5' bar for the 090 but it seldom gets used and normally wears a 4' bar. I also have a 36" bar for the cursed 090 but both Cody's and my MS660 will out cut the 090 at that length. I would like to have a 42" bar for my 660. That would get quite a bit of use here in the redwoods and Douglas-firs and the occasional sugar pine or ponderosa pine in the Sierras.

My longest bar is a 41" on the Stihl 070. (at front of pic) As you may notice, I actually use my saws so they're not as purdy as some of ya'lls.

Some of you fellas are packin for sure. Ive been seeing a 72"er on ebay for a husky and thought about pullin the trigger but cant see myself ever using it. I think the 50" on the 066 is pushing well beyond its capabilities but it looks perty and the bar was cheap enough.
Livin life. Mom got sick, moved, kids got older, now I finally need to cut wood for heat so I have a purpose for my fun.
