Where is oiler adjustment on Stihl 056?

Which screw is the oiler adjustment on the 056? Is it the one on the bottom with the + and - that is my guess, but I have it all the way to the plus but the chain is not getting much oil. When I take off the bar and start it up I get a decent amount of oil. Could it be the holes are clogged or not lined up right?

The adjustment is on the bottom. If your getting oil with the bar off but none to the chain when it;s on,check the holes on the bar make sure they are not plugged.
