Winter Revenue Streams

Looking for guidance from a few individuals. Looking for small tips from companies with profitable solutions other than tree work or storm work, to keep their companies operating thru the winter months. I'm primarily looking at Christmas lighting, snow removal, firewood, wood pellets and mulch production.

What are some ways not only to tap into these revenue streams, but to be profitable in doing so?
