:bang:Having trouble finding a used brake handle for my 066 mag nothing on e-bay or chainsawr didn't really want to spend $54 at bailey's for a new one thought I'd check with u guy's first does any one know if another model's handle will work ?

No didn't chck the dealer figured they would be even higher I'll give them a call , would really like a used one for cheap if you know what i mean money is tight

The factory half-wrap handle will not work on a full-wrap saw. The bolt pattern is the same but the full-wrap brake handle is made to clear the taller full-wrap handlebar. Be careful at the dealer because I think there are 3 brake handles. I forget what the third one is for.

I think only the two for 066,660.
064 is real close only not as wide, I have been looking for one to fit 064.

What's the PN on that one?

Am not 100% but think it's 1122 790 9103

I haven't been looking real hard, but keeping my eyes
open for one. I have an 064 parts saw with 18" BC set up
for nothing but flush cutting stumps. It only has the right
side 1/2 of brake left.

1122 790 9105, I've been looking for one as well.

On the 066/MS 660 should be two.
1122 790 9101 for half wrap handle
1122 790 9102 for full wrap handle

The 064 should use a 1122 790 9103 for half wrap or a 1122 792 9105 for full wrap

This confuses me. I believe there are two different styles of full wrap. One has the ergonomic angled handlebar crap, the other is 90 to the bar and sits farther toward the front of the saw. Mine came with the first I mentioned, I dont know why. I would rather have the second mentioned.

I got a brand new one for an 064 PN 1122 7929103. Pm me if you need it.
John.

I have 2006 MS660 and thats the part number on it.
The MS660 IPL I have shows it as the part number also.

I have an late model 066 (looks the same as 660) it's about
1998 or 1999 it's number is 1122 792 9101

Then I have another late model 066 that is 1999.
And all be dang it has a 064 brake on it. Or I guess
it does, as 2 of the 3 064's I have have the same
part number on them 1122 792 9100. The 064 I was need
one for is missing the part number.

So I guess I will take the 064 (9100) off 066 and put it on 064
if that makes any sense. :)

John it seems you have a 660 brake handle that I could use.
But that would be stepping on the OP toes as he was the one
asking for 066 brake handle.

So John you and OP need to get together and strike a deal :)

One more thing, only thing I could see that was diff between
the late model 066 and 660 was the bracing (gussets) molded
into the handle's
