Picked up a 359 recently and noticed it had a lot of slop in the drum bearing.
The dealer was no help, I ordered an aftermarket clutch kit with pump gear.
The kit eliminated that slop, pretty sure the clutch parts I replaced were aftermarket too.
However, the splines on both drums are about 3/16” short. If you push it into the oiler gear the clutch sticks out. If the clutch is flush, it’s out of the oiler gear.
It’s a2008 e-tech,
Anyone ever run into this?
I was happy at $300 for this saw.
Not so tickled now.
