This is my car-400 I got for $20 at a yard sale. Came with the 18 in bar witch was way to much for the saw so I put a 14in on it and love it now.

This is the biggest homelite I've got. Don't know if it's the best but I like it. And was bought for $50!

Make sure that you have the gasket and diaphragm in the right order. Psi check the carb,fuel line and the saw. 15 min with your pressure gauge will tell you a lot about your saw.

All I did was remove the old stud and install the new one. The main reason for this was that when I received the saw it was missing the gear on the bar for the quick adjust. So I bought the stud,chain adjuster,side cover from a small engine shop for less than I could buy the gear.

How did you put your brake box there? I have mine Velcroed above the fuel peddle and it sucks!

I seen a bunch of the 028/031/homelite s done but never the 032. There was a guy on eBay that claimed if you would send your coil he would fix it to where you could use the module for like $80.

I'd love to see a repair video with the 032 and the module! I think I can get my hands on the one I traded off.

Cut one from a Coke can and use some motoseal on both sides. Measure squish and run it.
