    Is the butterfly on the correct side of the throttle shaft, I see it milled flat this side, would not the butterfly fit up against that side of the shaft ? have come across incorrectly "rebuild" carbs before with butterfly wrong side, upside down etc, and like you said, not enough air passing...

    I would give it a spray with some circuit board elec cleaner, and then blow off with dry air, and as others have mentioned, put it in a box of rice/ dessicant for a few days to help it dry out. rescued many electrical items doing that, most recent were some ear buds dropped in the kitchen sink...

    That hose is not put on correctly, you needed to fit it further down the barbed outlet, just fitting a hose clamp, and hoping it will work is not the way forward. As Pioneerguy600 said, you need that washer/ plate. any stihl dealer should be able to order it in for you.

    I find that with pole saws, you dont want agressive grabby chain, just sharp smooth chain. much easier on the operator and the pole saw as a whole.

    If its as badly worn as the photos show, then chances are you have put some high load on the clutch drum bearing, so just replace it and be done with it.

    IPL shows same part no for 066 to 660 1122 030 2005 there is a difference in cylds for au and usa and arctic, but that was the only difference, there, there are 2 different base gaskets 0.5mm au one and 1.0mm us one.
