Neighbor called me this morning. Owned the husky 141 for 20 years. Never a problem. Until the last 4 weeks. Seemingly got worse. Locked up but with spark plug removed it will crank. Going to check it out later. Any info, thank you in advance!
Smooth and powerful. Yep Ive ran a 660 a few times, definitely an equal. I was also looking a new 661's also, but got an opportunity for a 592 from a member here first.
its badass. Its been living in my Granberg mill with a 28 inch bar. So far Ive milled a bunch of bone dry dead ash and some Make. No hiccups. I have 32 inch bar for it also but Haven't needed it yet. Used it to fell some populars for a few tanks before hand. No problems with the auto tune yet...
I don't mean this to sound flip but the best ripping chain for the money I've found is any sharp chain. I'm not seeing a enough of a significant difference to pay much more for a ripping chains. As of my experience now. maybe I'll change my opinion down the road but that's how I see it now.
I had my first hiccup with my 592xp last weekend... rope wouldn't pull, Id get one or two chugs... Well it was user error, chain wasn't on the sprocket. luckily it never ran. good luck hopefully its something simple also.
