it sounds like your furnace HX is working properly. you want the largest HX you can fit in your furnace that way the blower runs for shorter times and less often. also a 30-40* drop in water temp is not terrible. mine usually drops that much I'm seeing a 32* drop on my boiler monitor as I'm...

also your pump needs to be mounted a little more sold. pumps have a position they need to be in or they will cavitate.
