Definingly not, the clutch cover and top cover are both sitting on the saw not fastened down so they're slightly askew. Good eye though!

To Pittsburgh I got a range from $64-$147 through the post office.

Unknown clamshell saw rebuilder or parts the sawis complete. Unknown reason why it stopped working, my guess is the lower end as the exhaust side piston looks fine and the engine spins freely. Sorry to say I don't have much information on its history other than it was bought for a vineyard...

I've seen this saw posted locally to me, can't believe it hasnt sold yet. good luck its the right time of year to sell.
