Need Help Tuning MS290 Carb after rebuild!

Okay so When I originally started the full rebuild I was very sceptical that I was going to actually be able to get it to run at all now that I know I am capable of doing this I think I might completely redo the oil seals and head gasket. Honestly Im very surprised I got it Running at all. I inherited it seized from my father so I figured I would not be making it any worse by trying to fix it up! Plus it was a great learning experience. What would you use to do a vac test?

Need Help Tuning MS290 Carb after rebuild!

This is a full rebuild and my first rebuild. I didn't do a vac test just because I don't have the tools... I ended up having to take off the carb and handle/top cover to get the line back on. The saw is running and sounds fine to me but I still want to get a tachometer. How important is it to do...
