I used the the China ones and had good luck, I’ve noticed I have to go slow or I destroy them. Then I use a split mandrel with 60grit to 1000 grit to smooth my exhaust ports
3m work tunes I can run a mower with a vac system for 8+ hours and a leaf truck for hours and not have problems with hearing but I go deaf in minutes without them
Stay away from the 6.4 unless if you want unreliable power and want to go fast. Get a 6.0 or a 6.7. Everything you did to that truck will bolt onto a 6.0 or a 2011-2016 6.7 it’s all the same exact frame/chassis. Don’t waste you time into a 6.4 for a work truck. But tbh go get a gasser you really...
Solder and a .005 Digital caliper but I feel like it must be wrong, the saw blows 150psi. By the looks of it no one has had the saw apart but who knows.
Thanks for all of the info, do you know why this saw has .061 squish? That seems really high. It was a saw from a fire department so did they make it easier start with a thick gasket?
Completely agree about 2-3 years ago but not anymore. I can do bearings in a br600 in 30min or less, I used to do it all the time but it’s been awhile since that’s happened
