I just purchased a 620p. Ran 4 tanks of 40:1 fattened up under partial load. Then did the muffler mod and cleaned up the plastic air filter spacer. Finally I have a saw that stops me from making a few cuts before grabbing my non stock 288xp. I wasn't concerned with RPM because of the unlimited coil. Tuned in wood, but by ear I'd say it's spinning a tad under the 288. No surprise really with the bore and stroke, but very pleased all the same.

Try a base gasket delete if you have the space... really wakes it up on the low end.
