357 has more hopped up cylinder and crank stuffers to give it more hp. 357's are getting harder to find and people want an arm and leg when you do. I have (2) 359's and still somehow am thinking about this baby. FWIW, There not as powerful as the modern saws but very easy to work on and handle great in the bush.

357 makes it's max hp at a higher rpm but has a much peakier curve. You gotta keep your chains sharp and keep it "on the pipe" to make use of the extra power. A 359 is slower but much more forgiving. In stock form I actually prefer a 20" on a 359 to an 18" on a 357.

We don’t know if it’s sold or not.The reason it's not selling is because the saw is set up for the southern hemisphere. As in handle on the bottom.
