This is the 056 AV Super I just finished restoring. The first pictures are of the saw when i first got it. Part of the handlebar gone, damaged bosch ignition module, damaged crank, shot clutch springs and super crusty! I took my time on this one and it seems to have paid off. Repainted the fuel tank and starter housing with stihl grey and the handle/cylinder cover stihl orange. I finished them off with a couple coats of heavy duty matte ceramic clearcoat. New oem Tillotson carb, new old stock sprocket cover, new inner aftermarket spike, new old stock clutch springs. I really got lucky and picked up some new old stock bearings and seals. The cylinder is oem and in good shape, I swapped the old pitted piston with a new 54mm golf piston. The starter got completely rebuilt. I got busy with the muffler too. The muffler inlet was very restrictive so i smoothed it out and then decided I didn't like where the muffler outlet originally went so I rerouted it to the flywheel side. I had to do some fixing to the bosch module. Both capacitor wires had been severed along with the on/off switch wire. She now runs and looks pretty good. Don't know how long that Bosch module will last but hopefully for a little while. I also swapped out all the pan head crankcase screws with new torx spline screws. You can also see from the pics there are various pan head screws that have been replaced with new torx screws.
