Full Chisel vs. Semi Chisel

When looking at a used chain, how can you tell the difference?

Are there any good instructions out there for learning how to sharpen a chain by hand?

easy as 123

full chisel has a square corner.. semi has a slightly rounded.

You can make a chisel chain into a semi-chisel by running it into the rocks....

Yup, that cost me my primo Homelite SXL-AO. The last tool that I'll ever lend to family - expensive lesson. I even gave him a can of premix and he still used straight gas.:bang:
