Hi all, we have a six year old BIS Panorama woodburning fireplace in our house. We have a large home, and the fireplace is the principle heat source. The heat from the fireplace is ducted into the forced air heating system, and distributed throughout the house. As you can imaine the fireplace( we live in Ontario, Can.)is running 24/7 during the heating season. In the time we have had the unit the second catalytic converter has totally disintegrated; and the second set of linings (refractory) is severely eroded. Is this normal wear? Or is this unit not made for this kind of useage? Are there non OEM sources of better replacement parts? Are we not using the unit properly? Thanks John
