Can anyone say whats happening here

So I have a couple trees that seem to have 2 types of leaves. One is covering most the tree, the other is only 1 or 2 branches

Definitely mistletoe...it's a parasite that forms on the branches of trees..we have it all over the place here in Florida..when it gets in a tree it can start to spread, so you should try to remove it if you can.

When I was a kid, we would shoot it out of a tree with a shotgun and use it for Christmas decorations.
