Can you tell me what kind of tree this is?

Can someone identify this tree type for me? I have some about 6 feet tall and somewhat bushy and others about 20-30 feet tall. Let me know if you need another kind of picture.

I'm concurring. We don't have this here, but it looks like Ilex opaca, American holly to me.

If you get a good root ball they do good. Get as far as the drip edge (outer leaves) keep the soil on the roots (burlap) dig new hole at least 4-5 inch larger than ball. After placing the holly in the hole remove as much burlap as possible. Water every day for the first week every other second week and depending on rain 2-3 times a week until late fall. Gator bags are great for watering.
Do not plant too deep. The root flare should not be covered.
