We moved into our new home in Plano, TX at the end of 2003. The builder had planted two Chinese Pisacio trees in front. From the very begining one appeared less healthy than the other. Anyway, in the Spring of 2005 the weaker one came in with very sparse foliage and then it's leaves turned red by mid summer rather than like the other one in the fall. Both trees received an equal amount of water, could the builder have burried the one too deep or not freed the root ball?
